Our CPE Series product line includes Ultra-frosted Series, Fantastic-color Series (first in China), Metallized Ink Printing Series, Pearl Ink Printing Series, Positioning Printing Series, and many other customized high-tech products.     
We can produce products between 13g to 90g, and our flexography printing technique can support up to 6 colors. 
The CD tension can reach over 7N, and the MD tension can reach over 10N with Overlay accuracy ≤0.2mm.
In the choice of patterns, we have frosted pattern, fine patterns and middle-sized patterns.
The film stiffness can be adjusted accordingly to adapt to the client’s machines.
The positioning slitting length can be controlled within ±1.5mm.
The products can be laminated with adhesive-bonded fabric and through-air thermal-bonded nonwovens.

Our PE Air-permeable Film Series are specialized for hygienic film materials including diapers and sanitary napkins.
Our product supports 6 colors in the front and 2 colors in the back plus urine discoloration feature.
Our flexography printing technique can support up to 10 colors.
The products can be laminated with adhesive-bonded fabric and through-air thermal-bonded nonwovens.
For Diapers:
The positioning slitting fabric weights between 14g to 17g.
The CD tension can reach over 2.3N, and the MD tension can reach over 7N.
The positioning slitting length can be controlled within ±1.5mm with Overlay accuracy ≤0.2mm.
Air Permeability 1800g-3400g24H/㎡.
For Sanitary Napkins:
Fabric weights between 28g to 35g.
The CD tension can reach over 4N.
We have embossing and plain pattern styles.
The embossing is clear and uniform.

Our products have high curing rate (>90%) with stable performance.
The stripping resistance of our products range from 5g to 50g.
We can produce multiple products including PP, PE, and PVC release films.

Our composite film series product line mainly includes release films for sanitary napkins and air-permeable PE films compounded with nonwovens for diapers.
Our products can also be laminated with adhesive-bonded fabric, through-air thermal-bonded nonwovens, and other elastic materials. 

Our medical film series product line mainly includes PP Striping Film Series, PE Adhersive Tape Film Series, and Composite films dedicated for protective suits. 

The degradation rate of the product can reach 100% in 180 days after under composting conditions,which met the  standards of European Union EN13432 and American ASTMD6400
